Thank You, Jared Swanson

On behalf of the North Gold Coast Seahawks, we would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to Jared Swanson for his outstanding service as our Director of Basketball and Administration. After much thought and consideration, Jared has decided to step down from his role to explore his next opportunity. We want to take this opportunity to express our deepest gratitude for the energy, enthusiasm, and unwavering commitment he and his family have shown throughout his time with us.

Jared has been a key contributor to the growth and development of our association, particularly in the areas of basketball development and creating pathways for our junior players. His passion for the sport and dedication to nurturing young talent has had a profound impact on both our players and staff. Through his leadership, Jared has been instrumental in building a strong foundation for the future of basketball at the Seahawks, providing countless opportunities for our junior players to progress and succeed. His vision for player development and his focus on creating a supportive and structured pathway has been invaluable, and it will continue to benefit the club for years to come.

We also recognize the important support of Jared’s family, who have been an integral part of his journey with us, and we thank them for their involvement and encouragement.

As we move forward, the Board will carefully review the operational requirements of the organisation to ensure that we identify the right approach for the role moving forward. This process will include a comprehensive search to determine the specific qualities and experience needed to continue driving the success and growth of the association.
