It's with great pleasure that we are able to announce that David Gurney and Francis Moala will lead our U14 girls and boys programs at the helm of our Teal teams for their upcoming seasons.
David, who starred for our men's QSL1 team in 2021, makes the shift over to the girls program after having coached our U12 boys last season. He was also named Junior Seahawks Coach of the Year in 2020. He brings to the table a wealth of experience which will only benefit the girls selected to the Teal team.
Francis spent 2021 as an Assistant Coach in our men's QSL1 team and he too brings plenty of experience. He has taken an U14 team to a National tournament in the past and we look forward to seeing what he can do in our Seahawks junior ranks.
Trials for the 2021-22 U14 Junior Seahawks program (for boys and girls born 2009 & 2010) are as follows:

Monday 31/1/22 - Runaway Bay Indoor Stadium
4.30 - 6.00 pm - U14 Girls
6.00 - 7:30 pm - U14 Boys
Trial Day 2
Tuesday 1/2/22 - Coomera Indoor Sports Centre
4.30 - 6.00 pm - U14 Girls & Boys
Trial Day 3
Monday 7/2/22 - Runaway Bay Indoor Stadium
4.30 - 6.00 pm - U14 Girls
