NORTH GOLD COAST SEAHAWKS REGISTRATION

Players who participate in basketball competitions with Seahawks Basketball or are representing Seahawks in BQJBC/SBL must be Seahawks Members registered to our association.  This is achieved by having current Basketball Queensland Registration from any affiliated association within the State.  

This registration is valid for 12 months and expires 365 days after purchase (or from previous expiry date when renewing on time)

2018 BQ Insurance rates are:

• Player (10 years and over) – $63.27
• U10 (under 10 years) – $31.78

Please note that the fee does not register you in any given competition, but is mandatory to compete in any form of basketball activity within our association.

GULLOTTA  ORTHODONTICS JUNIOR BASKETBALL COMPETITION

For players wishing to participate in the Junior Competition, fees owing are as follows (discounts for registering online):

• Competition Fee $110
• Game Fees $215 up front or 3 instalments of $80

Competition Fee

This is a season specific fee which registers a player to compete in a specific competition season (Either Summer or Winter).  The Junior Competition Fee is $110.

Game Fees

Game fees go to your club and go towards costs for referees, court hire, and training.  Game fees are payable in two ways, either upfront, or in three instalments throughout the season.

• Upfront Game Fees $215
• 3 Instalments $80 per payment (total $240)

Note. Either the upfront payment or the first instalment must be paid with initial registration.

SENIOR DOMESTIC COMPETITION – SUNDAY/TUESDAY NIGHTS

PLAYERS

In the Senior Domestic Competitions players must just be Seahawks Members (BQ Insurance Rego).

TEAMS

Players must be registered to teams, and team are required to nominate to a competition each Season.  Team are required to complete:

• Team Nomination Fee
• Team Bond

Team Nomination Fee

Teams are required to pay a $300 Team Nomination Fee each season.  This covers the teams entry into a competition in any given season and each players participation in the team.  An Early Bird price of $270 is offered to teams who register early before a set date each preseason.

Team Bond

Teams are also required to provide a Team Bond of $120 when they commence playing in Seahawks competitions.  This bond is held by the association until which time that the team chooses to cease playing.  The bond will then be returned to the team, less any outstanding fees/fines owing.  The Team Bond is only payable once, and returning teams must register using their Team Code and Password to ensure that they are not charged for the bond a second time.

At the end of the Team Nomination Form, team delegates can enter their team members email addresses and the system will then invite the players to register to the team.  The system will also provide a TEAM CODE and PASSWORD for the team.

Players can also register to the team by going to the Senior Player Registration Form.  They will require the TEAM CODE in order to register.
