Boys and Girls competitions will be held if numbers permit, otherwise teams will be Mixed. This competition does not play finals or record a ladder. The season concludes with an U10 Encouragement Day where all teams participate.

Clubs arrange their own training sessions. Teams will generally train once per week. Your club can provide up-to-date information about training, season to season.
North Gold Coast Seahawks Basketball endeavour to make basketball as affordable as possible and The overall cost per season is approximately $350. This covers all games and training, and also covers costs such as venues, referees and administrative costs. Fees may either be paid in full upfront, or with an upfront payment, followed by 2 more installments throughout the course of the season. A more detailed explanation of the breakdown of fees can be found on our ‘Registrations‘ page.
Players will also require a uniform. Some Clubs arrange their own uniforms and they should be contacted directly.
Clubs who provide uniforms via Seahawks are singlets/$30 and shorts/$25. These are not included in the fees and are available from the stadium during competition times.
North Gold Coast Seahawks Basketball have a number of member clubs servicing the entire northern and central Gold Coast region. Players are free to play for any club they choose, as they may have friends that already play, but we try to direct players to clubs based on the school that they attend. Movement between clubs requires a Clearance to be completed and is generally done between seasons unless extenuating circumstances exist. See the table below to see which club your school is aligned to.

Once you have determined which club to play for you should make contact with that club’s contact person. Players can be accepted mid-season, and club’s will be able to inform you of any vacancies they may have. Sometimes players will begin right away, where as others may be invited to train for the remainder of the current season, ready to start playing in the new season.
All Seahawks Junior Competition registrations are completed online via SportsTG (previously Sporting Pulse). This includes secure payment of all registration fees. Links to the suitable Online Registration Forms are found on the ‘Registrations‘ page.
